This is a brief summary of immigration rules for St Scarlett, for more information please contact our foreign office.

Visa Free

St Scarlett offers visa free travel for up to 90 days for most countries, this is meant for tourism purposes or visiting family, please check the map below to see if the country you reside in is valid for this arrangement.

Immigrating to St Scarlett

If you are not a resident of either St Scarlett, St Lyra or Laver Island there are certain rules that apply should you wish to live or work in our nation.

Working in St Scarlett

 

If you wish to stay in St Scarlett long term for work purposes you must apply for a work visa, these are not too expensive and higher skilled workers with more experience will recieve discounts.

If you wish to start a business in St Scarlett you must obtain a tier 2 work visa first.

Studying in St Scarlett

 

Students can obtain a study visa, these are free but can only be obtained via application, they are valid for 4 years and can be renewed should your period of study be extended. Please note your application can be rejected for a number of reasons but these do not prevent you from applying again once the error has been corrected.

Living in St Scarlett

Standard visas are the most expensive form of Skarlagen Visa but can the most worthwhile. These only need to be renewed once every 6 years and serve as a gateway to Citizenship. 

​

Becoming a Citizen of St Scarlett

​

To become a full citizen a test must be taken. This test cannot be taken until you have resided permanently in St Scarlett for at least 5 years unless you are married to a Skarlagen national in which case the time is reduced to 2 years.

All children born to at least one parent holding a Skarlagen passport are offered citizenship.
